Automatically Collected Data

We automatically collect and store Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and domain names of the visitor's computer on our server. We also track the number and frequency of hits per page, and length of website visit, and related information about visits to our websites, and to help us diagnose problems with our server, using IP addresses. If you arrive at our websites from a website link, we may also identify the source of that link. Cookies are described in the next section.

Cookies and Storage on Your Device

LANGUAGYM uses only what it needs to work. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and no third party sets cookies through our pages.

These are strictly necessary for the service you ask for, so we do not ask for consent. You can delete them at any time from your browser settings; you will be signed out.

Voluntarily Submitted Data

We may collect and store personal data that you voluntarily provide, such as your name and email address, account credentials, class activity, answers and progress data. Students may invite separate Parent accounts to view that student's learning activity. Parent accounts can only view students with an active link and cannot edit learning data.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal data. A Parent account can view the learning data explicitly shared by a student through an invitation. If a Parent subscribes, payment details are processed by Stripe; LANGUAGYM does not receive the full payment card number. Access can be revoked by the student and is then removed from the Parent dashboard.

Information Retention

Information that you provide to us is stored on databases maintained by Amazon Web Services, a third-party database provider. Data is encrypted in during network transfer to and from our database.

Data Deletion Requests
